Your first visit
New Patient Appointment
Approximately 60-75 Minutes
During your first new patient appointment, Dr. Rob & Dr. Gaby, will take a detailed history to look for major stressors (physical, chemical, and emotional). They will use this information to help the nervous system transition from fight or flight mode to resting mode. Dr. Rob & Dr. Gaby will also discuss goals for you and your family’s care. They will use these goals to see how symptomatic improvement is progressing. Our state-of-the-art technology helps us assess the spine and nervous system and how it is functioning. Plan to spend about one hour to allow ample time for us to be thorough and connect with you.
While they are not always necessary, taking x-rays helps give us a better idea of what’s going on with your health. It will also make us aware of any limitations for your adjustments. We can take this right in our office in just 5 minutes!
Your second visit
Report of findings and First Adjustment
This is a two-part visit. First, Dr. Rob & Dr. Gaby will go over your x-rays with you and tell you what they have found. They will also go over their recommendations of care to help you meet your health goals. Then we will review your insurance and financial options for care. This is the time you will decide if you would like to move forward with care in our office.
Once you decide to move forward with care, it is time for your first adjustment! Dr. Rob & Dr. Gaby will use all of the information they gathered from your new patient appointment, as well as their x-ray analysis, to then give you your First chiropractic adjustment in our office. This will be done slowly as Dr. Rob & Dr. Gaby are talking you through the entire process of what they are doing and why.
Approximately 10-15 minutes
By your third visit, you'll begin putting your personalized care plan into action. During this appointment, you'll sit down with one of our friendly Chiropractic Assistants to map out your recommended care schedule and reserve your spot for our New Patient Orientation.
They will take the time to walk you through how our office works, what you can expect throughout your care, and answer any questions you may have along the way. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and supported every step of the journey.
We believe that understanding your care is just as important as receiving it, and we're excited to partner with you on your path to better health.

new patient orientation
Dr. Rob & Dr. Gaby will first provide your chiropractic adjustment. After your adjustment, they will give you a brief overview of chiropractic and explain the correlation between what you are experiencing, and the systems of the body affected. This is the perfect opportunity to ask any questions or express any concerns that you might have. These are held every other Monday evening at 6pm, Also every other Wednesday morning at 11am. If you are ready to make the commitment to yourself, your health, and your life, you are in the right place.
ongoing care
When you return for regular appointments, your adjustments will take between 5-15 minutes. We recognize that your time is valuable and do everything possible to run on time. Using the groundwork laid out in previous appointments, we can determine how your body is presenting on that day and what adjustments will be the most helpful. Typically, our patients begin with an intensive care plan of multiple visits per week before transitioning to a less intensive weekly maintenance plan. Like a workout at the gym, each visit builds on the one before. During your care, our main goal is to get your nervous system to function at a higher level.
